Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled 24 hours before (weather conditions permitting) scheduled time or a $35.00 missed appointment fee will be charged. If we travel to the site and you cancel your appointment at that time of service there is an additional $15.00 charge.

A scheduled appointment is not a consultation, service is intended to be given.

Due to the fact that we can't see your vehicle until we come out for the appointment:

Some lifted trucks are subject up to an additional $10 charge.
Extremely dirty vehicles are subject to an additional ~$10-20 charge or $49/hr additional service charge depending on the condition of the vehicle (rarely applicable).

To help keep our prices as low as possible we don't build in cost such as credit card/check processing fees and encourage cash payment, however for convenience to our customers who must use credit cards/checks, we do provide the service; Thus:

Credit Card Charges/checks are subject to 2.9% processing charge.

We will meet or beat any local competitors advertised price! Services must be exactly the same and offered by a legitimate, licensed detail company. Price guarantee is only valid at time of service and at no time after service is preformed will we match price/ refund for a competitors lower price.
